2016年5月4日，申达电气集团与迪拜某公司签订的两台HSSPZ-120000kVA／33kV电弧炉变压器顺利发货。该产品是目前国内容量最大的电弧炉变压器，合同金额达到了200万美元；该产品容量大、电压低、电流大，对设计和制造能力要求非常高，在国内设计与生产上都属于高等水平，完全由申达电气集团以行业领先的研发能力，节能、环保、低噪音的标准独立完成设计、制造；

今天（12月30日）上午，省经信委主任张金如一行来申达电气集团调研江山市工业强市建设工作。衢州市委副书记、代市长杜世源，副市长汤飞帆；江山市市委书记吕跃龙，市委副书记、代市长叶美峰等陪同调研。

220千伏变压器顺利出厂
二〇一〇年一月十三日下午三点五十八分,由我公司自行设计研发的电压为220千伏等级变压器—SFZ11-16000/220,历经全套的例行试验及型式试验后,在一派喜庆的气氛中,顺利装车发运出厂。其目的地为朝鲜民主主义人民共和国。
该产品的技术参数及各项性能指标均符合IEC 60076标准和双方的技术协议。
该产品的出厂，标志着申达电气集团列入浙江省220KV级生产企业之一，也标志着浙江省江山市仍至衢州市（地区）变压器行业生产制造水平已从110KV级上升到220KV级，填补了衢州市的空白。该型号规格的产品也成为浙江省首台出口的220千伏等级产品。

11月18日下午，申达电气集团两台销往厄瓜多尔的大型变压器起运出厂，其中一台型号为SF11-156000/230-34.5的变压器是全省电压最高、容量最大的出口变压器。今年前十月，申达电气已实现出口额6350万元，同比增长38%。

4月14日下午，省科技厅副厅长陈洪涛一行来我市专题调研省级重点企业研究院建设情况。
在副市长毛正彩的陪同下，陈洪涛一行来到申达电气集团，了解企业科技投入、产品研发等相关情况。申达电气是国家高新技术企业，建立的特种变压器研究院被列入浙江省工业强县省级重点企业研究院，也是我市唯一一家入列的企业。通过研发，近年来，公司有17个科技项目成果得到转化，其中有8个项目被列入省级新产品试制计划。
陈洪涛希望企业研究制定科技计划项目管理办法、研发投入核算制度、研发经费管理办法等相应的管理机制，巩固和扩大成果，提高自主研发能力，加快企业科技项目实施和技术创新步伐，推动企业转型升级加快发展。
